All athletes who have registered online will receive an email as an official "confirmation letter" by Saturday, April 25, 2026.

It is not necessary to print a paper copy of the email; a digital copy can be presented on your mobile phone to collect your bib.

CAN I REGISTER ON-SITE?

Exceptionally, registration will still be possible at the Varese Chamber of Commerce Info Point in Piazza Monte Grappa 5 during the event weekend:

Saturday, April 25, 2026 - from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Sunday, April 26, 2026 - from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM

making sure to respect the start time of your race indicated in the dedicated FAQ.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY BIB?

Saturday, April 25, 2026 - from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Sunday, April 26, 2026 - from 7:00 AM, making sure to respect the race start times indicated in the dedicated FAQ (check for updates).

Showing your registration confirmation email on your phone will make it easier to find your registration.

The race bib includes a timing chip, is strictly personal, is non-transferable, and must be attached to the t-shirt using the appropriate pins.

CAN I DELEGATE OR BE DELEGATED TO PICK UP MY BIB?

Of course: download the authorization form HERE to pick up the bib and race pack for other runners registered for one of the running races, also at the Info Point.

IS BAG STORAGE AVAILABLE?

The Chamber of Commerce is providing one or more spaces for bag storage.

On Sunday morning, from 7:00 AM until a time reasonably compatible with the start of your race (competitive or non-competitive), you can leave a sports bag or backpack containing post-race change clothing.

Attach the numbered sticker included in the bib envelope to the bag.

It must be collected at the end of the race in the same area, no later than 2:00 PM.

While we will take the utmost care in safeguarding your bag, the organization will not be responsible for any theft or loss of personal belongings. Therefore, we discourage you from leaving money, personal documents, cell phones, etc. inside your bag.
